Raspberry – Fertilization and soil care

Raspberry – Fertilization and soil care.

Mulching the soil in the inter-rows is very beneficial for raspberries. Any organic material is suitable for this. The necessary substances of animal origin can be provided in the form of powdered organic fertilizers. Pig manure is a very good fertilizer for raspberries, which is "colder" than bovine. You can also use wood ash, algae lime or raw phosphate rock.

Biodynamic treatments

The use of biodynamic preparations significantly improves the quality of raspberries. According to Hanke (1963) the order of using the various preparations and treatments is as follows (it concerns, in principle, all the berry plant species mentioned):

I. Before planting
1. Introduce the biodynamic compost preparations into the manure or compost heap as early as possible.
2. Późną jesienią opryskiwać preparatem krowieńca wały z kompostem, on which raspberries will be planted.
3. Przed sadzeniem korzenie malin moczyć w mieszaninie naparu ze skrzypu i Preicobaktu.

II. Plant care
1. Early spring, before bud break, o-sprinkle the soil surface with fawn preparation.
2. Po rozpoczęciu wegetacji powierzchnię gleby i liści malin opryskiwać naparem ze skrzypu.
3. Przed kwitnieniem opryskiwać rośliny preparatem krzemionki w godzinach przedpołudniowych.
4. To samo po kwitnieniu.
5. Po zbiorze owoców usunąć stare pędy malin, re-fertilize the embankments and sprinkle the soil with the cowberry preparation.
6. Późnym latem opryskiwać liście świeżą gnojówką pokrzywową i naparem ze skrzypu, if there are symptoms of chlorosis on the leaves.
7. in autumn, for better lignification, spray shoots with silica, in the afternoon hours.

So, a cow's preparation is used twice a year (1, 5), three times a preparation of silica (3, 4, 7) and twice an infusion of horsetail (2, 6).
